E30 power window convertible

HELLP anyone??? my passenger power window stops working sometimes...I have to keep pressing the button and it will finally go up...i know the switch is getting power because the light comes on...also it goes up slow but goes down at normal speed....any help would be great.

Have you swapped switches and checked yet?

yea prolly the switch try pressing it slow and wiggling it while you press
