well you can run components up front, I did. run the wire from the speaker in the kick panel through to the door and up to the tweeter pod, if you by one or if u rig one.

I have no clue how components in the back would sound verses the front.

And I also want a sub at some point in time, but Im worried about having the bass be completely over bearing. And sounding like some ghetto shit.

      Thanks a lot.
Again, they get hardwired...no harness has ever been available for the E30.

As far as tonal balance, my goal is clarity. Stupid kid boom pisses me off, thus the reason I don't offer 2 12's as sub. The bass that my $500 system produces is wonderful, as it is the clarity and balance...assuming you adjust the amp properly, which is something I help you with.

A major part of the design of ALL of my subwoofers is the idea that I want 100% of the bass in the cabin. This has 2 major benefits: first, this prevents rattles (seriously, it works) and second, they are much more efficient. You really only need about 150 watts to make deep, clean, satisfying bass in an E30 if you are using one of my boxes. I prefer to see roughly 350 RMS, only because then you will never ever stress the woofer.

I have had many of my customers tell me they get more actual bottom end out of a single $60 woofer in one of my 10" boxes than their old system did with a pair of 12's. That is one of the reasons I have sold over 300 of the 10" boxes, they really are the least expensive way to get awesome sound in an E30. Anyone whop has heard one wants one, basically.

Replacing your speakers basically won't do shit, especially some $50 a set co-axes. Get yourself a set of stock Premium sound speakers, an Infinity Reference 10" (the Obcon is better though) a decent 5 channel amp and one of my boxes...you will be amazed. You will have clean, clear, well-balanced sound at realistic volume levels, still have most of your trunk, and zero rattles.

This is car stereo at its finest: Loud, clear and cheap with flawless fit. You just can't ask for more.

Most all E30 have tweeter wires pre-installed. Only very very early cars did not.

That could explain those extra wires I saw in the kick panel. I didn't know what they were for so I left them be.
