    Dodgy Ground?

So I have been having a sort of ground issue with my car. What will happen is on cold start, the car will start and my volt meter reads half of what it should be, lights will be dim, blower motor on full speed will blow weak. The car seems half alive until I rev it to about 3200rpm.

This started about right before my last alternator died, and I have since then replaced it with a rebuilt Bosch unit. I have replaced my alternator to engine ground, engine to chassis ground, hood ground, and valve cover to chassis ground. That seemed to help for a while but now it seems to be surfacing again. The car operates fine once I rev the engine and get the proper voltage.

    Anyone ever have this issue?
