Have you tried using a meter to check voltage at the motor plug?

Yes. But black is also positive and blue is also ground.

(It depends which direction you're energizing the window motor)

Problem fixed, today as i was leaving my house i decided to mess with the door plug to the door frame. and all of a sudden my window goes down! i unplugged it and noticed a lot of corrosion and green build up, tried to clean it up, but it was pretty difficult. so i decided to avoid future issue and just by pass it by going around it. so now my windows work, except they are a little weak due to black sludge/ grease build up inside of them.
