While replacing the grommet for my antenna I was moving the nylon, toothed cable back and forth to free up the sections of antenna because it wasn't extending all the way. Finally got that freed up but in the process the nylon cable came out of the antenna box/motor.
Did I break it or can it just be fed back into the box while the motor is retracting the antenna? It's long enough to reach the spinning cog inside the box. Just not sure how that works!
