Buy new premium speaker (5.5) or fix old one?

After finally figuring out the amp bypass wiring for my stereo (well, mostly...bu that's another topic), I've discovered that I have a blown speaker. Passenger's front driver is doing absolutely nothing. The cone is in good shape and I don't see any obvious problems with broken solders on the actual speaker.

When it's connected to the car, the speaker doesn't make noise but it still carries power to the tweet, which works, if that makes a difference in diagnosis.

I'm sure this isn't a wiring problem. Maybe it's the capacitor? Worth fixing or buy a new one online somewhere?
