Will OEM Radios from e36s fit in e30s without any problems? Do you have to rewire, or do they just plug in? Thanks.

Most OEM radios in E30's don't ahve a harness, i.e. they're wired directly into the dash.

As such, you will have to rewire.

Z3 Radios fit fairly well.

They aren't hard wired if that's what you're saying. Every wiree has a plug

I already have an aftermarket unit that basically does everything that a stock OEM E36 unit does but with a few more options and with a broken tape player.

could you fit any of the newer decks that came with cd player built it??? if they are any...if so tell me which ones and i'm going to try.
