Yet another stereo whine. Need help.

So I installed an aftermarket system, HU, amps, speakers, sub, new RCA and speaker cables, and I get this whine. Battery is in the trunk. Ran the RCA cables on the left hand side. I use stock wiring for HU power and ground.

The whine happens only when engine running and is constant in pitch.

Tried the following and whine was still there:
    Swapped in a different HU
    Swapped in a different amp

The whine stopped when I pulled the RCA. Pulling only ONE channel, either one, would stop the whine.

    Any idea?

Never mind. Found a long RCA so tried routing the RCA outside the car and the whine went away. So I had to reroute the RCA cables to underneath the left front seat. Can't run them in the left corner especially around the B pillar. Don't know the reason but I'm happy now. :D

Well, after driving around I can still hear some faint whine from the tweeters. But for this one, pitch varies with engine RPM. And the worse news is it happens when the stereo is off too.

        Ground issue?

I'm thinking about interference from something. I heard ECU and injectors could cause this but I don't have any idea how to deal with them yet.

Dude i have this SAME problem. The whine is so damn loud. Sometimes its just happen to go away for 30 seconds and.comes back. It gets louder as RPMs rise.
