No power windows or headlights, no blown fuse?

So my low beams and windows died last night while I was driving. There are no blown fuses and I've reseated all of the relays. You can hear the relay click when you pull the switch for the lights, but no lights turn on.
The window switches do not light up, so there's no power going to the switches. What am I missing? I've been looking for a bad ground but I don't really even know where to start with that.

Is the fuse after the relay? Try a different fuse anyway. Your description sounds like the switch and relay are still getting power so the fault must be after the relay. That sounds pretty dangerous - having the lights go out while driving. I'm surprised the headlamps would go out without something major being wrong.

The purpose of the relay is to separate the low power (switch) from the high power (lights and window motors) circuits. The problem is clearly in the high power circuit.
