Air conditioner fan not turning on

So I live in arizona, and during the past 4 months I havent needed to use my air conditioning. I went to turn it on, and no air blows out of the vents. I get home, pop the hood, and sure enough the fan is not moving or anything. Belt is fine. Could it just be as simple as a fuse? I replaced all fuses about 2 months ago.

Umm, the big fan at the front of the car has nothing to do with blowing air out of the vents.

No. That's for the condenser. Which has no belt.
The one with the belt, is for your radiator. To cool the engine.

Blowing air out of the vents is the blower motors job.

You may have a bad blower motor.
