I've replaced the bulbs on both the blinker and fog light. Checked to make sure they were plugged in all the way. The wiring to the blinker and the fog lights looks like they have been rewrapped in e-tape, I'm a little scared to unwrap and look after looking at the mess behind my radio..
Could I possibly wire the foglight off of the other foglight? The blinker I haven't thunk up an easy solution for yet..

^Then you are going to have to take it to someone who can/will.
You are going to either have to learn how to use a multimeter or get good with a test light (have lots of spare fuses if you use the second option) to do it yourself. With my fog light issue it took me a good 2 or 3 hours with a multimeter and the ETK (wiring diagrams) just to track down the portion of the wiring that was letting me down. Then it only took 3 minutes to fix it."A good memory for quotes combined with a poor memory for attribution can lead to a false sense of originality."
