What holds the OEM tape deck in?

Car came with the OEM tape deck just placed halfway into the slot. I'm used to aftermarket head units with the cage.

How does this secure? It's trying to fall out every time I drive :)

There should be a screw in each corner. Weird safety 5 sided allen looking thing. But I think it varied depending on what HU you have. Post up a picture.

It doesn't look like there is anything in there when I opened them. Also what do they screw into?

When you screw them in, the sides of the deck flare out to tighten up against the area around the deck. When you screw them to the left, the flare goes away.
