OBC Schematic?

I'm wiring up my OBC light bar to use LEDs but I don't know what contact is ground and what contact is V+, also the board says 10V max; will I be getting 12V through the OBC, or is that stepped down?

Does anyone have a picture of their LED swapped unit? I might be able to see what I need to know from that too.
