    Stereo install options

    Looking to up date my 20+ yr. system currently it's all stock premium system. The radio has some static an I believe a couple for the 5 1/4 speakers are no good. I don't want to cut or make any door modifications, my preference is to put back good 5 1/4 mid bass speakers, update the tweeters. Any suggestions on the speakers, amp and a 10" for extra bass. Factory deck to be replaced with alpine 7390, cassette with cd changer.

          x2....greatest resource ever...there is a thread on m42club.com in the DIY section which has great references to the wiring and how to identify cables...its a thread by username: sheepdog IIRC
