My new install...

I just had to redo everything, but its finally in. I will get some night shots of it in orange with the interior lights tonight. Its a Digital Media Receiver, and it works and looks awesome in person.

What brand/model is that? I would like to see if it is sold in the US.

I have a better picture I just have to get it sized down. It is a JVC KDX50BT. It is great and the orange color almost matches perfect. I got it working with the dimmer and its great. I had to rewire everything because of a jack!@# that installed an old stereo before me so it was a lot of work but well worth it. Speakers are next. Yes it is available in the US I purchased it from Crutchfield for $112 with the install kit and shipping.

Wow...gonna check that out. Shame it is only 2 preamp outputs, though. I like the 2 different BT pairings, that is pretty cool. The BS about 1 of the USBs being taken by the stupid BT dongle is crap, my KD-R900 has that same setup.

yeah I really only want to put maybe an amp and another set of speakers and a sub so I think that the two will do me just fine. Its a great set up though. I would like to get with you through email to see what you can offer. can you PM me. I only have two speakers in my stock euro e30 so I am eager to upgrade. and add two more speakers for sure.

well, there are a few things you can do, but honestly, just do the "Killer $500 stereo", it really does sound terrific. Parts should be easy to find over there, or just do aftrermarket speakers.

I have shipped to FPOs a few times, but only 1 of our subs are overseas.

I get guys asking all the time if we could ship international, but the last time I checks, it was $720 to get one to Norway...

That's a Dealer A/C vent, not factory fit.

Is the AC vent effective? I would think the storage space you usually see there would be more beneficial.

I want to take it out and build a cup holder/ storage area right there. so if anyone knows if it can be removed and not hurt anything fucntional let me know. I will probably sell it as well.
