    Air Control Lights

    How do I fix these..?



    The top two a burnt out/barely lighting up and I'd really like to start enjoying driving a night again..

    Anyone have these go out on them?

    not worth the fix joey, I say just part the car and junk the rest.

      Dont trip: I'll deliver them for free dawgy, just let me take a week off and drive myself further into debt by spending $200 in roadtrip gas

        They're fiber optic. There's only one bulb on top of the back of the knob.

        The "fibers" are broken or dislocated.
        Suspension tips here...

              Really.

              There are only two bulbs in that entire panel.

              As far as fixing it...if the fiber pulled away from the assembly you may be able to re-insert it. If it's broken it's done. There's very little room to work in there without pulling the dash.

                So essentially... If I remove my HVAC, I can check to see if they're simply moved off the bulb..?

                If I simply reconnect them, it would fix the problem as ling as the fiber optic stems are unbroken?

                  The thing is, removing the HVAC panel requires pulling the control cables off of the adjuster levers, which can be done in the car. The hard part will be getting them back on, which I've never been able to do with the dash installed.

                  You may be able to pull the panel forward enough to see in there, but it's a very tight squeeze.
