1989 325is window problems

ok so the other night i went out with my car and my passenger window will not go down and my drivers window will not go up. the sun roof works and i took the switch off the sun roof and tested it on the windows they still dont work can some one helppp me please :( :(:(:(:(:(

Check to see if the window breaker is engaged or if it's even plugged in, if you just installed a head unit, pushing it into the slot might have unplugged one. Yup ask me how I know.

My other suggestion would be to check the wires between the door jams and make sure it's in there good. I'm having this issue with my driver side, where it'll only work right if I slam my driver side door.
