installed kenwood headunit but heard a pop in the process. lights dont work now.lol

messing around with this messed up wiring for my 87 325is to work with an aftermarket shorted something out.
yesterday some wires touched and i heard a pop of some sorts. now my passenger side tail light, side marker and the bumper light, interior lights, and obc and speedometer and tach plus dash lights now don't work.

can anyone tell me which fuse blew or if its even afuse. i found a good write up and finished the radio install and would like to fix my lights problem and see if my wiring worked.
    thanks for the suggestions!
