flasher?

My right flasher is blinking twice as fast as my left one. Suggestions? How do I fix it?

The right bulb blinks its just twice as fast a normal.

Which one blinks? The one inside and the front and back outside? Because like glnr13 said, when a bulb is out, they blink twice as fast.

The front bulb is dual filament. If one of the filaments pops it will blink fast. Either the parking light or flasher. Most likely is the front right bulb if the back is flashing
