I am wanting to upgrade my sound system in my car and want to know the speaker sizes. I am getting mixed info from different sources. :/

What exactly are your plans for the upgrade?
The factory premium speakers are actually quite good. The small size is their limitation.
I was running stock mids and tweets with my luke box and it worked pretty well, the problem is you have to run the sub pretty high(125hz) to get any midrange out of the system, and the subs become more directional, which isn't good for staging. Kick drums and vocals will seem to come from behind you.
I just installed 6.5" separates and the difference is incredible. The sub can now be cut at about 80hz, the staging has moved to the front where it belongs, and the bottom end can be tuned much louder.

Because I was researching and I was going to run this (fronts) Pioneer TS-D1320C and (rear) TS-D1302R.
I already have Pioneer DEH-P6200BT (HU), RE Audio SEX10D4 (sub), Rockford Fosgate PRIME R500-1 (sub amp)

My 6.5's are in the doors.
Some have been able to squeeze them into the original openings, but there's very little room between the panel and the glovebox when it is open. I don't like speakers firing at my ankles, and you can't position them for correct targeting with the limited room down there.
My rears are turned off. All they do is muddle up the imaging, and aren't necessary if you set up the front stage correctly.
