Its time for a new head unit.

So i'm tired of trying to fix my stock hu/amp setup, so its time to do the amp bypass and buy a new head unit. Would a 4ch or 2ch output work better? and are there any hidden things that i should look out for?

I got a brand new pioneer unit, I posted it in another thread somewhere about headunits. its great, fairly cheap and matches in the interior lighting pretty damn good. and it has pre-outs for 4 speaker channels and a sub channel. front mounted aux and HD/Satellite capable
