Random issue I'm having with my 87 325is:
-Sometimes right when I start the car my windows, sunroof and seat heaters will not work.
-5-10 minutes down the road everything starts working again perfectly.
-does not happen every time I drive, but seems to be more common when the car has been sitting in the rain before starting up.
Any ideas on what is causing this? Bad relay perhaps? Bad ground that is common to all these systems?
Any help is appreciated :)

I'll also throw another nice electrical issue in here as it is quite funny:
Low beams on = 2 outboard headlights working as they should.
High beams on = both passenger side lights on, but neither the high or low beam on the drivers side on. Quite the mindfuck, luckily I never need my highbeams, so I don't really care about it.
