Wiring up the head unit was easy. But I'm having trouble understanding what arrangement the wiring should be in in order for the amp to power my sub. I know I could just take it to a car audio shop and have it done but I don't roll that way. I'd rather learn/be taught to do it myself. So here's the specs for everything..
Pioneer DEH-6300UB
RMS POWER OUTPUT: 14 Watts
PEAK OUTPUT: 50 Watts
PREAMP OUTPUT: 4 Channel
RMS POWER BANDWIDTH: 20-20kHz
MB Quart Onx 4.60 *** X 2 ****
OUTPUT POWER RATING
4-OHMS: 60x4
2-OHMS:120x4
MONO BRIDGE AT 4-OHMS: 240x2
Infinity Reference 1062w
DUAL VOICE COIL
IMPEDANCE: 4-OHMS
RMS POWER RANGE: 100-275 Watts
One amp will power the 4 speakers while the other amp will be bridged and power the sub.
I'm assuming I will need 1 or 2 rca y-adapters but do I need 1 male/2 female or vice versa?
I'm pretty sure this setup should work because Luke recommended it about a year ago and i'm just finally getting to the installation. I know I might be asking a lot but any help would be greatly appreciated!
