FML!! Drivers lock wont' unlock car!!

I can get my key to unlock the passenger lock and the trunk from the trunk, but my drivers door won't budge.

Anyome knwo how I can unlock the door to fix the issue with the lock cyl? I've been experiencing problems with the lock feeling gritty and not smooth, despite having the whole POS cylinder rebuilt.
