This one is under neith dash, there is another one just like it with same colors plugged in.

Orange is usually the airbag plugs.

I too would like to know about the second wire under the knee panel.

My big black relay underneith the fuse box keeps clicking, without the key in the ignition. Trying to see whats going on.
