Testing a Hirschmann with a battery

I saw a post talking about bench testing a Hirschmann motor with a 9 volt battery. I just searched and can't find it, can someone point me to it?
Oh, this is the worst-looking hat I ever saw. What, when you buy a hat like this I bet you get a free bowl of soup, huh?

It looks good on you though.

I can't attest to the 9V working as I used a bench supply @12v, but if you're talking about testing the mast extend/retract functionality I can help.

    Black wire must be grounded
    Red wire is constant +12v
White wire gets +12v to extend mast, take off +12v to retract

    Hope that helps you.
