Euro clock arms wrong

I just installed a euro clock a couple weeks ago. It worked perfect until this weekend when I had a shop work on my car and they disconnected the battery. I went to pickup my car and now my euro clock arms are totally off. For example...at exactly 12pm..the long arm should be at 12 and the short arm should be at 12. However, the long arm is about 3 minutes behind 12.
At about 12:30 the long arm is finally right on the 12 line.
If that makes any sense at all...
