Yeah, its refurbished about a year ago. The tech said that it was probably dirty but the cleaning CD did nothing. Its going to cost about $150 to fix so I think I am just going to get a CD changer and use that. I lose the 24bit converter, but my system isn't audiophile or in need of that.
