12v source at rear of car

    Hey Guys,

Need a 12v source at the back of the car, looking to avoid running something off the battery, will do it from under the dash if i have to. Car is front battery, if it was rear would still be quite easy.

    cheers

How much amperage? There isn't much back there, anything over 3A or so would be stupid to try and hack...ain't all that hard to run a wire, y'know, there are a couple easy spots to get through the firewall.

      About 500mA

I just dont want people to know ive wired something in. if i was to run a wire from the battery id do it through the grommet near the fuse box

Exactly...the red power antenna wire runs all kinds of stuff already, but half an amp won't hurt at all

Antenna is constant (Fuse 21 IIRC), nothing but ground is constant in the door lock system
