Problem after taking out security system

Uninstalled alarm system now windows don't work. Bought the car with a viper 500 installed . I didn't feel comfortable with they way the wiring looked so decided to jut get rid of all of it. But now no windows. And I can't figure out which wires could affect the windows.

Is the window lock out switch pushed out? Or connected?

Other then that, trace the wires from the switches is where I would start.

I checked the window breaker and switched it with a known working one , still nothing . Traced all the wires from the Braker back everything seemed connected, fuze 17 is fine . After analyzing the wiring diagram I printed from BMW , it seems like I have checked every possible connection.

Time to break out the multimeter and probe the pins of the connectors.
