BMW radio- how do I set favs

I just installed this thing so the car looks pretty stock and can take an Ipod input (soldered to board).

Sadly, I can rewire a radio but I can't figure out how to set the damn presets.

Can anyone help me? This doesn't work like most radios where you press and hold the preset to set it.

What headunit is that car from? Really like the way it looks in an e30

It's from a later 3 series or 5. Probably from early 90's. Search on Business Radio and you'll see lots of them.

I am curious too, but it seems to me it is just press and hold IIRC.
