It appears all the factory wiring is there. Whoever did the "install" ran all new speaker wire, which is not needed. Most all of that you can just strip out and get rid of. Go back to using the factory wiring and bypass the factory amp as seen here:

Basically you need to unwrap the wires coming from the black plug down into the dash until you find 4 pairs of wires. These are your speaker wires to connect to the stereo.
