Check engine light inoperable

Finally got to removing my cluster, check engine light hasn't worked since i bought the car. i assumed PO removed the bulb.. bulb was burnt out but replaced with new working bulb and still check engine light is inoperable... odd are there any other connections i can look for? or is there a specific fuse/relay i can check?

The CEL is driven directly from the DME with only the wiring between the two.
