    E30 oil service light reset

    Today I finished doing a full service on my car and wanted to reset the oil service light on by bridging pin 7 & 19 however when I opened up my plug I discovered my plug was different to everyone's and the 2 types that the tutorials show (D-Shape & Pacman) and that I didn't have a pin in the 19 slot . Mine has little numbers on each pin.

    It's a 325IS coupe made in Munich imported into Australia. Any help is appreciated.

      That is the C101 engine harness connector, NOT the diagnostic plug. The diagnostic plug will have a cap, not another harness plugged into it. It will look like this:
