So let me get this straight...you want someone to type out exactly what wire goes where on your car to install this thing...and you are willing to pay a whole $10?

    Wow.

    I think I will pass.

Please don't PM me again with more stupid questions.
    Good luck.

    Luke

sorry i think i may have something out... i cant seem to make the keyless entry parts work... thats what i am willing to pay for... i got the rest figured out already...

i cut into the green/black and green/purple wires and all it does is click the relays on the control unit... how is that stupid... im trying to get information so i can learn... itsnt that what this is all about, or is this website just a place for people to hang out and think, 'I've done it already, I know it , therefor i am better than everyone else.' you know i have seen you answer questions that where much dumber on here several times.

The fact of the matter is that your answer listed above does not help me in the least, and quite frankly I thikit is way out of character for you. I have seen you answer several questions before and i rarely see you answer people's question's so hatefully... to cut right to the chase, if you dont intend to be helpful in your post, please dont reply.

BTW: i PM'ed you last week

Thats actually the first time I've seen a manual go into some detail about different types of wiring for door locks. Wow.

Alright..... I've never done an alarm/keyless on an e30 so I don't know what the system is or what the colors are. Do you? That would be your first step. If its positive trigger or negative trigger or reversing polarity or 5wire or what.... you gotta finger that out. You say it "clicks the relays on the control unit" Which control unit? The alarm? Of course its gonna click them.... even if they aren't hooked to anything they will click when you activate them.

Oh and about Luke. He's right..... $10 is shit for someone to want to give to have someone explain in detail how an alarm goes in. You gotta think..... he and I have spent YEARS learning this shit. $10 is a waste of our time. His answer was just and sound and I'd have told you the same thing. But in the end you only wanted help with the locks.

So had you asked for help on the locks or just starter wiring or actually ASKED an ENTIRE question, I would have helped...the fuckhead lameass PM you sent me pissed me off...I have answered many "dumber" questions,as you noted.

In other words, it was your attitude, not the question.

But now, since you asked nicely...make brown/black and white/black have a constant ground. Cut and cap violet/black and violet.

Green/black and blue/black are now your door lock outputs...blue/black is unlock, green/black is lock.

Connect these 2 wires to the door lock circuit found under the left front speaker. I pull the relay out to be easier (I have HUGE hands, size 16 rings) but it is not totally necessary.

Tap into the yellow/blue to lock, green/blue to unlock.

To test, I fake the door latch into thinking it is closed. I just hate having to actually close the door...fucking germans.

            GL, HTH,
            Luke
