turn signal adapter?

hey, I've got a 325is with a plastic bumper swap. since the turn signal plug is different on the plastic bumper, I'm unable to use my front turn signals. is there anybody selling an adapter for the two plugs or does anybody know another way to wire them directly instead of using a harness? any help is much appreciated as this is my first post on the forums :p

Get a set of late model harness side connections with pigtails and splice them on to your harness. Or, you could buy an aftermarket 3 way male and female piece and create your own pigtails and splice, or just directly connect them on to your harness and turn signal wires.

I figured there would be a late model harness for sale somewhere, but I've been having trouble finding one
