Washer fluid pump will not turn off

So 2 weeks ago I hit a deer and sent the car to the body shop and I got it back today. The first thing that I noticed is the washer fluid pump is stuck on. Second thing I noticed is that when I pull the wiper stalk back the abs light turns on in the cluster. The third thing I noticed is when the car is in accessory the wipers will not turn off but when the car is in the on position they turn off and work normally with the wiper stalk. Is this just a relay gone bad? The damage from the deer was only on the drivers fender and windshield.

Sounds like ABS sensor wire and washer pump wires are shorting against each other. They are right near each other under the hood. I'd start looking there. Start at the pump and work back up the harness looking for problems. Might need to unwrap the harness to see anything.
