Wiring out of fuse box

My passenger fog light has no power but the fuse on 29 and 30 which are for the fog lights, have power. So I need to run a new wire somehow and I'm a little nervous about pulling off the fuse box. Anyone have any tips or reviews on how to do this.

Run a wire brom the other fog light, no need to run it from the fuse box if your other fog light works... just saying
