Antenna motor will not come off

My antenna motor will not come off. I have removed every bit and bolt but the rod will not come out. This is on an 87 325

Do you mean the grommet is the only thing holding the antenna in? If so, you just need to yank it out.

Ah nevermind - I understand what you mean. Do you think the dealership will have the grommet in stock?

I can't guarantee that but worst case is a day or two to have one shipped.
