What is this wire/15 amp fuse connected to?

Found this wire disconnected when I removed my carpet on the left of the driver seat.

looks very aftermarket, wonder if they had heated seats installed at some point....

Could it be for a subwoofer?

could be ,but those are usually mounted in the trunk, not much room under the seats
