    Low Beams are Not Working

Let me start by saying I have done some searching around and have done some troubleshooting but am still not able to figure out the issue.

I have do some rewiring in my car tucking some wires and redoing the front harness. The low beams didnt work before I did this either.
Basically only my low beams dont work, high beams and running lights/blinkers all work.

    Things I have tested:
-Relay is good. Have tried several of them.
-I have power at pin 30 on the relay, if I jump 30 to 87, I then have power to 86. I also can hear the relay click over when I turn the lights on.
-swapped out a different stalk. no go.
-I do not have power at the fuse.

I am having a real big issue with this as I am finished all the wiring of the car and want to finish putting the dash and everything back together but need to figure this issue out first. Any help would be appreciated.

How would I check if the switch is working? Aka if a ground is being made (pin 85 on relay) from the switch.

The light switch turns on both hi and lo beam headlights from the same terminal so if you have hi beams your light switch is working. Also, the stalk has no effect on the lo beams. Other useful info; do your fogs work?

Without jumping 30 to 87 on the relay do you still get power to 86 when you turn on the lights? If yes and you don't have power to fuses 13 and 14 I would suspect a burned trace in your fuse panel board. Have you detached it and looked underneath it?

Which car in your sig are you working on? Headlight circuits (and proper relays) varied between those model years.
