    NEED HELP Installing Car Deck

I am having trouble installing an aftermarket CD Deck. I have tried several things and all I get is power to the deck and no sound out the speakers. I tested that my first deck was fried from previous years, but then the second deck was fine it just wasn't getting sound to the speakers. I know it has something to do with all the wiring. Because all that comes to the old deck is two wires that say right and left. No positive and negative. Someone help I don't know how to wire it.

    Thanks

Save yourself a lot of trouble and run new wires to all the speakers. The way the germans wired the stock deck up is just fuckin retarded.

does you car have premium sound, because if it does you need new wires to bypass the amp, if not, it'll never work with an aftermarket deck......

remove door sills to get at/under side carpet. (there's a nice channel for wires)

another option might be to remove center console and run wires under the carpet from area of rear ashtray backward to under rear seat. (not very 'professional' but an option never-the-less)

                Alright

Thanks for the help, I got the whole thing hooked up and it works, but for some reason I have to turn the deck up really really loud to get sound. So I gotta figure out what is going on with that.

                Any one know ?

                Thanks
