HELP - No power to C302 (aux harness)

Hey guys, I just put power to the harness I just re-installed in the car. About 90% of everything else works however I am not getting any power to the C302 plug (Accessory power source) what so ever. When the key is in aux or all the way on.

It is my understanding that the power trail goes from the fuse (#17), then to K5, then into the body to the C302. (all being black/white wire) -- then after the C302 a green/blue wire is plugged in to the C302.

Im trying to plug the blue/green plug for the power windows into the "Q" plug on the C302.

Ive replaced the K5 and K7 relays and still have no power to that particular connector what so ever.

Fuse #17 does have power.

All grounds appear to be connected as well.
Engine is not installed for reference.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The unloader relays on a late (from 9/87) engine harness are grounded through the unloader switch in the starter solenoid. With the engine not installed and the three wire starter not connected the relays will not engage.

Figured it out. Needed the blue connecter plugged into the back of the gage cluster to complete the harness. (Fully attach the black/green wire into the system)
