Okay which one of these white wires do I hook up to make my antenna work

it depends on your radio. if you have a blue wire and a blue with white wire then one goes to the amp and the other to the antenna. if all you have is blue with white then it doesn't matter, it just means that as long as your radio is on your antenna will be up. and judging from your pic, you have 2 blue wires. as it seems you have two different gauge white wires try to look at the wiring for either the amp or antenna and match the gauge to figure out which one is which. hope that makes sense.

it would be the thick white cable you have there, looks like it splice into an aftermarket wire.
