318ic '92 Power windows Blue relay

I have a problem with my US Spec 318ic '92

With ignition on, the power windows works ok, but they won't work when I open the door with ignition off. I know there's a blue relay under the dash which does this function, but I can't hear it clicking when I open/close the door, so that makes me think it's broken or missing.

The problem is, I can't find the blue relay or the socket where it should be connected. In my 323i it is located near the Accesory socket but in the cabriolet isn't there.

Could you give me some advice on where to look for it? I'm starting to think that the cabriolets are different and the relay is integrated into the main car loom (fuse box maybe?).

    Thanks in advantage!

There is no relay for the windows in an E30, what are you talking about?

I'm talking about this relay (the blue one)

That relay gives +12v to the power windows when you open one of the doors, even with the key off

Don't US e30s have this blue relay? That would explain why I can't find it

Hahhahaha...really? I can't find it in the ETM, now I wanna know!

Ya, no relays on the windows in US, but if you want to know how to duplicate the function, I have a diagram you can use 2 relays to make that circuit.

Thanks, I appreciate it, but I think it's easier to go to the junkyard and pick one :p

If you are interested, here is a picture of the relay with the cables, the black one goes to the door switch, the green to the power windows and the black/white and red/yellow to the Accesory socket
