New after market radio and lights not working

Hey guys my dad's friend helped me put in my new radio today (Alpine CDE-143BT). We undid the battery before installing it, and hooked it back up after we finished. The radio works and the obc lights up. The instruments and cluster don't light up at all, also the passenger side lights and license plate lights don't light up either. Anyone know whats going on??

Have you checked your fuses?
