Alpine cd5908 common ground?

So I've searched quite extensively but I haven't been able to find the answer to my question.

I recently purchased an Alpine cm5908 headunit and the harness is the "common ground" style. Any way of hooking this up to a newer model with the traditional ground (ie two wires per speaker)

I have seen the wiring diagrams and the like and know which cables go where, but I am just wondering if it's possible for this to work.

Same thing, it is capable of being wired common ground, just don't use the negative wires
