Turn Signals "Blinker" problem

Hello guys,
I've got into a problem earlier, the problem is the turn signals on the left side, if i turn my blinker on the right side it blinks okay and the dashboards light show up, but if i turn the left side no lights show up on the dashboard neither on the outside and a weird noise show up. i saw a video on Youtube with a similar problem "the same noise".

what could be the problem ?

I had the exact same issue with mine. Check to see if you move the left turn signal lever to the lane change position if it works. Mine usually does or it will work sometimes if I move it slowly to the turn position. That might help for now. I swapped the turn signal harness in the column and works great now. I figured after 300K miles the contacts on the switch were toast.
