No dash lights work!

Okay so I was wiring my radio and after I connected everything, My instrument lights won't turn on. The hvac lights already wouldn't turn on. And my clock light is on full bright when the lights are off but once I turn them on the clock gets too dim to read. Another problem is the wires to the Hvac.

sounds like you connected something wrong with the radio light circuit and blew the fuse for dash lights check fuse 23

hvac being out are probably bad bulbs which are difficult to change
