Display staying on with key out.

Hey I'm new to this forum. I drive a 1986 325es with a super eta swap. I bought the car and the thing was a wiring mess, the whole dash board was messed up and there were wires everywhere. I've been trying to clean it up and fix everything but ran into a problem. When I take the key out of the car the display on the dash stays on aswell as the "check" box in front of the sunroof. If I take the keys out and push the hazard lights in everything turns off and the hazards come on. I just installed a radio and this is functioning the same way aswell. I cant seem to find any spliced in wires. So I was wondering if anyone knows what could be the problem or what wires to specifically look at? Thanks!

Also the windshield wipers stay on. I forgot to add that. Is there a wire that powers all of these things I should be looking for?

Change out your hazard button. It died internally.
